Carpenter/Painter

Looking for subcontractors who can do cabinets, flooring, painting, punch list items for finishing off jobs when nearing completion. Looking to pay about $75 per hr for a small 2 man crew. Duties would be to finish off jobs to completion once drywall is completed. This would be to go into a project and install trim, base, cabinets, flooring and paint. Out the door finish with quality work.

We are a small homebuilder doing 2-3 houses per year, some additions, basements and small remodels. Looking for a crew to who wants in and out. Usually about 8-12 weeks per year. So not a bad gig to add to your schedule.

This job will require a background check and certificate of insurance.
