Line Cooks and Dishwashers (Short North)

Bakersfield Short North is looking for Full Time and Part Time BOH team members. These positions are for second shift. Must have weekend availability.

Maintain a clean and efficient work station

Maintain all food safety procedures and regulations

Follow proper hygienic food handling practices

Understand/execute safety and sanitation practices at all times

Follow Q,C,C,R Program as defined by your GM

Have proper clean uniform before clocking in

Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Maintain a positive and cooperative teamwork environment between FOH

and BOH

Carry out any other duties as advised

Have full understanding of all tools available to do your job

Participate in any restaurant meetings and/or trainings when conducted

Offering a high standard of guest service to match the high standard of the

Thunderdome reputation
