ON CALL EXPERIENCED CARPENTER (Allentown)

We are looking for a thorough Carpenter with 5+ years experience (preferred) to join our team. Plus if you are versed in some Painting, Plumbing, HVAC and Electric work as well. Willing to work and take emergency calls for repairs at any time of day. Must be self-disciplined and goal oriented. We are looking for candidates who are versatile and adaptive with a positive attitude. There is a lot of room for advancement and growth in our company!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)

· Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, electrical, etc.)

· Take on calls from tenants to ensure all properties are maintained and up to code.

· Finish emergency repairs in a timely manner

SKILLS

· Proven experience as a Carpenter

· Advanced understanding of specified field

· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

· Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

· Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

· Versed in BOTH residential and commercial Carpentry work.

REQUIREMENTS

-Must have Valid Driver’s License

-Must be willing to respond to emergency calls at any time of day

-Must be timely

-Must have reliable transportation to work

-Must be professional with a positive attitude on job sites
