Need an Experienced Rockstar Real Estate Phone Person (Knoxville)

I need someone that is a reliable, position, and awesome phone person.

I'd prefer someone with relevant experience in real estate but I might be open to someone with relevant experience in another industry. Either way, you should already be a successful caller already in some niche (this will be verified).

I need someone to call for sale by owner listings and find out information about the property and find out how motivated the sellers are. This isn't your typical telemarketing job where you are calling people that don't want to be called. They have a house for sale and you are calling to buy it. Also, it's possible for you to negotiate the deals as well and get paid a commission down the line.

You need to:

Have a solid, no-excuses work ethic

Have a lot of consistent availability

Ideally, have some experience with telemarketing to sellers of real estate.

The script will be provided. You must be willing to travel to Crossville, TN for training a few times, otherwise this will be a work from home position.
