About the Role The Treasury Senior Director will join a growing team, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer. This person will manage global treasury cash management operations, including global daily cash position and short term investing of excess cash.

This person will work with Accounting and Audit to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash and investments, and monitor daily compliance for CrowdStrike’s investment portfolios.

Additional Responsibilities Establishes procedures and ensures controls are in place for all treasury functions globally.

Leads the treasury team, coaches and develops team members and fosters a positive and proactive team-oriented environment.

Ensures timely and accurate cash payments, oversees credit facility and foreign currency risk exposure hedging. Review investment opportunities and seek opportunities in line with Investment Policy Review FX exposure and implement programs to reduce volatility as needed Manages intercompany settlement process.

Maintains appropriate cash balances in respective bank accounts globally while minimizing foreign currency exchange losses.

Manages and maintains effective, transparent relationships with the company’s banking partners. Manages company risk by maintaining the company’s insurance policies and works with broker to evaluate insurers to ensure appropriate coverage terms and cost.

Manages insurance claims as they arise. Prepares quarterly banking compliance certificates and related financial covenants in accordance with the company’s credit facility agreements.

Provides due diligence and transaction support for mergers & acquisitions and assists in review of significant capital expenditure proposals.

Assists in managing the company’s enterprise risk management program, and proactively works with colleagues and business stakeholders to identify, manage and mitigate risks that would negatively affect the ability to achieve company strategic plans.

Liaise with External Reporting on footnotes and disclosures for Treasury investment and foreign exchange sections of the Company’s SEC filings.

Prepare short and long-term cash forecasts and interest income forecast. Design, implement, and streamline treasury operations processes.

Partner with IT to oversee company’s banking platform, ensure the setup meets SOX and applicable policy. Participate or lead the implementation of various Treasury systems.

Partner with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to execute overall global cash planning. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance MBA or CPA preferred, with experience gained in a big-four accounting firm a plus Minimum 12 years of combined management experience in treasury / cash management and accounting, with extensive global treasury exposure Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with lenders, external service providers, brokers and all internal stakeholders Ability to think strategically and bring a high level of creativity to the organization regarding accelerating growth.

Strong people management with proven motivational and leadership skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects Confidence and ability to work effectively with top-level management and interact professionally with colleagues Strong team player with ability to anticipate problems, collaborate in developing strategies and provide forward thinking solutions High degree of ethics and professionalism with ability to handle confidential information.
