Medical Appointment Desk Agents-Bilingual A Huge Plus (Alsip)

Immediate opportunity for Medical Appointment Desk Agents. Unicom Teleservices is a 24-hour Call Center - Hours of position: Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm - full and part-time positions available. Duties include: registering new patients, verification of insurance, scheduling appointments for new and current patients and other duties as assigned. Schedules are for the most part static. The office is located in a suburban industrial area and public transportation is not recommended. Please have reliable transportation.

Requirements: Typing speed must be over 35 WPM. A test will be administered. Excellent customer service skills; great computer literacy skills: excellent command of grammar and spelling, Must be adept at paying attention to detail; flexible, a team player with exceptional verbal and communication expertise; Software experience preferred, but not required, with Athena, eClinicals, Practice Fusion or Acuity. Bilingual speaking agents a huge plus!
