Under the supervision of the Senior System Administrator, the Network System Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and operation of VMware Virtual Center Server , VMware VSphere ESXi Cluster, VMware Horizon View, Bridgehead disaster recovery, Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco MDS fiber channel SAN fabric, IBM V7000 Storage, among other systems with WAN and LAN routing and connectivity.

The Network System Administrator will also provide level 2 support for printer and workstation troubleshooting along with change / move / adds, providing backup support to all IT staff as required.

Additional responsibilities include providing 7 x 24 on-call support one week per month.

The Network System Administrator will be expected to effectively use available technology necessary to assist the Medical Center staff in assuring efficient, cost-effective management of hospital functions and requires someone who is able to work multiple tasks at once without compromising quality of work.
