Sharp and Smart Office Admin Construction (Lake Charles)

We are S & S Contracting, a General Contractor and Roofer. We are preferred providers for several insurance companies. Naturally, we are doing storm restoration. Initially, we are doing tarping, demo and dry out, Then Roofing, and some complete renovations

We need a sharp and smart admin person to start immediately. Our office is in Lake Charles

Our crews work where there is damage. We must coordinate these teams and sales. We have offices in Port Arthur, Denver, Panama City and Lake Charles and great home office support. You must be a confident multitasker. Self starter. Versatile. This is a high paced job. We have lots of work and people to coordinate.

You absolutely must live in the Lake Charles metro area. You must have your own transportation. You must have really good phone and people personality and be really good with MS Word and some Excel. You must be computer savvy, be independent and a self starter and finisher. This is a high activity position. You must be flexible. Pay is above average depending on your skills.
