Front Desk/Inventory Clerk (Westwego)

Skipper B Trailers, Parts and Service has an immediate opening for a Front Desk/Inventory clerk. Candidate must be able to type quickly and be an excellent speller. Ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service, take direction from supervisors and work in a non-heated or cooled environment are a few of the qualities we need in the right person. Do not apply if you cannot pass a drug test or if you cannot handle sweating and getting somewhat dirty. It is a plus if you own or have owned a trailer, particularly a boat trailer. This individual will pack hubs and mount tires when needed. We stay busy at all times, whether managing customers, invoices or inventory. Must have a clear voice so as to be heard over fans, equipment, etc. and be able to shift gears from one task to another quickly without getting flustered. Candidate should have sales experience. Must be trustworthy while working under recorded cameras. Benefits include 5 days of holiday pay after 6 months of employment (although we do toss in an extra day or two as we determine appropriate). 1 week of paid vacation is earned after a year of employment. $11 per hour to begin plus trailer sales commissions.
