Facilities Assistantlocated

in NYC, NY.This is a

Full-Time Position.

We are looking

a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join its Administration team. The assistant will be responsible for a variety of facilities-related projects including but not limited to internal moves, inventory, daily common space checks, and general light maintenance.

This individual should be energetic with superb organizational skills and an exceptional work ethic. Excellent project coordination abilities and proven customer service/communication skills—particularly when interfacing with building management counter parties, contractors, and staff—are a must.

Ideal candidates will have approximately two to five years of relevant experience in a similar environment and should excel at working independently, collaborating with teams, and managing multiple small- to mid-sized facilities-related projects.

Applicants should be proficient with basic hand and power tools and able to lift 60 pounds. Experience with inventory control is a decided plus; familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

We are looking a coordinator to support the firm’s Administration team, which includes copy services, shipping and receiving, mail delivery, and ad hoc special projects. WHAT

The coordinator will be responsible for a variety of corporate services projects including but not limited to upkeep of dozens of printers in the office, coordination of printing and binding services, maintaining office supply inventory, handling outgoing postage (including overnight carriers), international shipping and receiving, delivery of time-sensitive and confidential documents to employees in the New York office, leadership of the RFP process for new vendors, and seasonal projects such as mass holiday mailings. This individual should be a self-starter and a quick learner with a demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Superb attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven customer service attitude are critical.

Ideal candidates will have approximately two to four years of administrative experience in a large, professional services institution.

A bachelor’s degree is required. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is a plus.
