Job Description
Role: Project Manager - IGP/ADMS II Duration:12 - 24 months CTH/Full Time Location:San Ramon, CA Remote during Covid-19, but after will be onsite either in San Ramon or San Francisco (most likely San Ramon, so confirm they are ok with that location) Skills:Would prefer technical background (network preferred) DC infra PM experience PM experience Must have extensive processes and documentation experience. Description- Develop and maintain detailed project plan to track progress and communicate variances to project baseline.
- Monitor critical path activities and communicate impacts to overall schedule.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Monitor project financials for actuals vs authorized, forecast financials in SAP PRJ, report out on financials
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, following established project governance structure
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques - PPMC, MS Project, excel, word, etc.
- Update weekly status reports and escalate issues to leadership.
- Reports out progress to leadership as required
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Perform issue management to resolve project issues.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the implementation of the program
- Forecast internal IT and LOB resource availability and allocation. Communicate demand to Resource Managers
- Manage the relationship with the project stakeholders.
- Track materials deliveries and work with vendors, warehouse and construction to ensure timely delivery
- Provide timely GR of materials to ensure vendor payment and booking of financials to meet forecast
- Conduct completion walk down of Project to release to the client’s IT Maintenance Group
