Deposit Products Group (DPG)

The Deposit Products Group (DPG) has responsibility for Consumer and Small Business deposit products, which includes checking, savings, time deposits, and deposit-based payments / money movement. We deliver our services in close partnership with groups like Branch Banking, Digital, Marketing, Small Business, Finance, Risk, and Operations. DPG has over 650 billion in deposits, 24 million consumer and small business customers, and holds #1 market share in debit card purchase volume in the Unites States.

The Role

This role will lead the new DPG Customer Remediation and will work closely with Customer Remediation COE, Risk and Control Partners, Journey Owners, Product Managers as well as the line of business issue owners to ensure that all requirements for the issue management policy is met. Lead Customer Remediation and Redress Policy Compliance and Execution. Lead root cause Analysis. Maintain DPG customer remediation status reporting and risk profile to demonstrate policy compliance. Incorporate customer remediation project trends and learnings into Business Process Management and Customer Journey initiatives creating a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain artifacts and documentation necessary to meet the customer remediation and customer redress policies. Will consult with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions.Responsibilities include:

Lead Customer Remediation and Redress Policy Compliance and Execution

Design and implement end to end customer remediation project accountability model that creates a culture of continuous improvement

Lead all Customer Remediation and Redress routines including reporting and metrics

Lead DPG Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action Execution and Sustainability

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of management experience

8+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process, quality assurance, strategic planning, or project management
