LPN – Home Health King County

In this position you will :

Provide practical nursing, including bedside patient care, respiratory care, phlebotomy, patient education, and patient support services under the supervision of designated licensed staff.

Use critical thinking, decisive judgment, and your ability to make independent decisions.

Utilize software for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.

Qualifications :

Required qualifications for this position include :

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse program

Current Washington State License as a Practical / Vocation Nurse

Current Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Current Washington State driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle

Preferred qualifications for this position include :

1 year recent hospital, nursing home or home health experience

Providence Home Services is a not-for-profit, home health ministry serving patients in their places of residence throughout King County in Washington state.

We provide skilled nursing and therapy for patients who are recovering from or living with an acute or chronic illness. Our skilled and compassionate team includes nurses, medical social workers, home health aides, chaplains, occupational / physical / speech therapists, medical directors, and volunteers.
