A small growing logistics company located in Walnut is hiring a part-time or full time administration assistant. Please send your resume along with availability and salary expectation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer service
Answering calls and making outbound calls
Data entry
Admin support - documentation and e-filing
Assist with general office work as needed
Manage tracking and following up with ongoing projects to ensure due dates and deadlines are met
Required skills:
Must be a self-starter and be able to work on your own initiative
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize task
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be Internet savvy
QuickBooks knowledge is preferred but not a requirement
Must be proficient with Microsoft Package (Excel, Word etc.) and have knowledge of general office equipment such as Emails, Fax, Copy/Scanner
Bilingual in English/Vietnamese preferred but not a must
