Follow directions properly and add the payment for work completedAPPLY HERE: https://www.applicantpro.com/openings/propertycpr/jobs/1392874-451124VIDEO INTERVIEW HERE:https://www.jobma.com/pre-recorded-job/MjYzMDE=DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide QC for work from the field, labeling, and uploading pictures to the client within 24hrs of completion prior to the past due dateManage communication between the client and the field crews to ensure timelines are metAssign work to crews in a timely manner and provide follow-ups to ensure timelines are metMonitoring emails and responding to ALL requests from contractors and clientReview photos for damages and create estimates to BID on repairing those damagesSubmit, review, itemize and create client invoices on a daily basisCreate invoices to clients for work completed according to their approved payment allowableSending email communication to document calls made when either following up on work to be submitted to the client or about any changes being requested on a work orderDocumenting work completed for the day and adding correct communications dailyTrain new employees as needed to perform job tasksComplete productivity logAny other task changes needed to be productive and ensure client satisfactionProofreading and editing office documentsAssisting in creating new streamline process documentsMulti-task, be flexible on various projectsManaging communication with vendors and preparing invoices for clientsUpdating process documents pertaining to client processesWorks with multiple clients, making sure their needs are metMonitor others working the clientWork overtime when needed to maintain the client in an acceptable statusMakes sound decisions that will help enhance the companies presence with the clientAnswer minor work order related questionsReview UPAMS, our work order system, for late work and send emails requesting uploads from the contractorReassign late workManage Gmail and respond to client request via email with the guidance of client team staffEdit / create and upload work order documents in our company systemFollow up on vendors on past due work
