DMI Software, the San Francisco branch of Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc, the leading sub-servicer of mortgage loans in the United States, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager.

Responsibilities - Include, but are not limited to :

Working with a team of software engineers facilitating workflow, monitoring benchmarks and adhering to a timeline that requires weekly software releases.

Meeting regularly with project leads to discuss the state of ongoing projects and identifypotential blockers.

Coordinating with management and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are clearlyunderstood by all parties involved.

Strategizing with product manager and department lead to translate stakeholder-defined goals into actionable units of work for our team.

Organize work units into issue tracking software, keeping workloads equitable and deliverables achievable.

Coordinating with product manager and department lead to identify all necessary deliverables, and then tracking their timely delivery.

Manage project reports and documentation.

Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of project management experience

Have conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deliverables through effective time-management and planning

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

The employee is regularly required to communicate (give / receive information) through multiple methods of communication.

The employee is frequently required to stand or walk (or otherwise move through the organization); sit; use hands to type, write, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

The employee may occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; or lift and / or move up to 25 lbs. The noise level is usually moderate and typical of an office environment.

The employee may be required to use a variety of standard office equipment, including computer keyboards and monitors, phones, printers, etc.
