Maxwell Ag producer seeks Packers, Graders and Millhands for full time positions!

Wages are $13.50 -$14 to start depending on shift and duties.

Position snapshot: Duties as assigned including cleaning, maintenance and production duties

Primary Packer Duties:

Ensure precise product bag weight and proper sealing of bags to produce a quality product

Meet inventory requirements and customer orders

Clean up line equipment and surroundings area during downtime

Forklift operation

Graders:

Checking rice quality

Must have basic math skills

Must have good communication skills

Maintain cleanliness of line

Report to supervisor regarding any quality issues

Primary Millhand Duties:

Monitor flow from paddy tanks through mill and finished tanks,

Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Identify the difference between milled rice and by-products

Enter miller's report into system as directed

Monitor polishers for quality and quantity

Report to miller or mill supervisor about any broken, missing or damaged equipment
