Production Specialist (Cannabis) (Redcrest)

Position Summary:

The employee will assist in a production line as a team to create quality cannabis products. These products will be ready for distribution companies to ship all over California. This job takes patience, flexibility, accuracy and teamwork.

Packaging Cannabis:

Popping boxes, tops and lids

Twisting joints

Placing stickers on products

Ensure that products/supplies are not being mishandled

Maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications:

Required Education:

High School Diploma

Experience:

No experience necessary

Required Knowledge. Skills and Abilities:

Commitment to work five days a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Must be able to accurately perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time

Must be able to stand for long periods

Must be able to work around/ with cannabis product

Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable, flexible and creative

Attention to detail and service oriented

Proven teamwork skills

Ability to lift 20 lbs

Ability and drive to meet deadlines

Required:

o Must be 21 years of age
