Responsibilities

The position involves the following:

A positive attitude!

Full Time

5 days a week

Weekends Availability

Work from Home or From an Office. It's up to you!

Work with an enthusiastic team of amazing professionals

Heavy tracking of email campaigns and a lot of follow-up

Tracking multiple crm platforms and software

Communicating with home buyers and sellers

Communicating with real estate agents

Ability to manage multiple streams of communication including messenger, text chats, email and so on

Ability to multi task

Ability to make decisions quickly and think fast

Must be self motivated and able to work independently

Bonus opportunities based on performance

Qualifications

Flexible - someone who can manage multiple tasks at once

Real Estate License is preferred but not required

Sales or Telecommunication Experience is preferred

Positive outlook, creativity and willingness to grow is a must!

Compensation

$16 hourly plus bonus and lots of room to grow
