TREATMENT COORDINATOR
General and cosmetic dental office is seeking a motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator.
The Treatment Coordinator needs to have knowledge in all facets of dentistry.
5+ years of experience needed.
Must be proficient in billing (PPO's, HMO's) be able to work with HMO upgrades.
Trace and resolve accounts receivables
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctor to present and sell cases)
Knowledge of dental software's
An Ideal Candidate should be capable of completing all of the following day to day duties including but not limited to; recall, scheduling, tracing, billing, presenting treatments, collecting payments etc. .
Friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy
Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
