Anderson ZurMuehlen seeks a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Administrative Professional for our offices in Bozeman, MT with a start date of December 14, 2021.
As a Seasonal Administrative Professional working in our tax department, you will be responsible for a variety of duties such as:
Process and review tax returns daily
Proofread and review correspondence
Scan client tax information into software
Draft general correspondence
Act as back up for receptionist as directed
Carry out client and office errands as requested
Work Experience:
2-3 years related administrative experience and/or high school diploma required
Knowledge:
Demonstrated time management skills,
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organization and communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs
Ability to manage multiple task and deadlines
Work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Communicate clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
Flexibility to change work plans/hours to fit flow and volume of work
Deadline:

Environment:
Work inside a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment.
