We are a local small business looking to grow our brand, we are wholesome honest & caring company. We are looking to find someone who wants to work with us, not work for us. We are ready to add an Experienced Residential & Commercial Service Technician. We truly care about the people we work with and will show you such respect. Pay will be based on skill level and work ethic - quarterly bonus - You can earn what you want to. We are looking for the following

Must have HVAC Experience - This is a MUST. This job is for a very knowledgeable technician, that takes great pride in their craft.

We provide HVAC, Plumbing and electrical service, so a technician that can service all three will be extremely valuable and will be compensated for such.

Have their own hand tools and have most tools to service an HVAC unit (we provide vacuum pumps, reclaim machine, ladders etc)

Critical thinker; the right person can problem solve easily.

Take charge of jobs. Take ownership of their work - the good & the bad.

Very flexible schedule; be able to be on call at least once a month

Be able to follow simple direction

Be a team player, we are all working together.

Be able to self manage your own day - we do not micro manage.

Trustworthy is paramount!
