Presidium Property Management, a real estate management and development firm specializing in multifamily housing, seeks experienced Lead Maintenance for Valor Apartments. Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Candidates should be HVAC certified and a Certified Pool Operator.

Minimum 2 - 3 years' verifiable multifamily experience at a property 100 units or larger.
