Microsoft Services is looking for a Customer Engineer (CE) with hands-on, development experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. As Microsoft’s CRM Development Customer Engineers, we play a vital role in development support and mentorship to clients on current and future CRM development. CEs deliver a combination of Designated Support Engineers (DSE) and transactional services enterprise customers. Depending on customer demand, this position might require up to 25% travel in normal times.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking for self-motivated individuals that have a real passion for technology and continued technical growth. If so, we are looking for you to join our CRM CE team.

You will provide technical and customer experience leadership in the organization, including mentoring and coaching engineers, and driving business initiatives.

Ensure a close alignment and progress with our Engineering group and the Customer Support delivery teams.

Deliver world class customer experiences visible in customer survey results/customer sentiment and other drivers like speed of resolution and throughput improvements.

Own and optimize technical delivery with regional and global impact.

QualificationsThe CE role has the following requirements:

A 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience is required, plus 5-8 years of experience in technical support in an enterprise environment is recommended.

Deep knowledge of the latest .NET Framework.

Deep level understanding of the CRM SDK.

Ability to troubleshoot & debug plugins, custom workflows activities and other components utilizing the CRM SDK.

Ability to read, understand and debug Javascript.

Knowledge of oData & oAuth.

Deep understanding of CRM customizations & CRM solution architecture.

Other desired skills:

Write sample code in C# or other languages.

Hands on experience with Azure.

XML developer skills.

TSQL

Ability to perform a code review and identify issues.

You will need strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers (up through top executive levels) and internal Microsoft Teams on technical and mission critical issues.
