Position Overview: Inventory and customer service support for the parts department
Duties and responsibilities:
Phone and counter sales support to customers
Requires general knowledge of inventory, pricing, merchandising, display and sales
Must possess customer service, warehousing, sales and purchasing knowledge
Safety and Customer Service are a must!
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all parts and service categories to include Accessories, Brakes, Drive Trains, Suspensions, Truck and Trailer Refrigeration, Electrical, Engine and Lighting
On weekends, must be willing and independently able to open and close repair orders, supply technicians with parts and complete over the counter sales
Must be willing to work extended hours to achieve all goals, tasks and objectives as directed
Clean DMV record and valid driver’s license for daily driving requirements for this position
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and online parts ordering
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive attitude
Interpret customer’s needs by listening and understanding their requirements
Must have a professional, service oriented attitude at all times.
Must always be Safe
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
