The office assistant will serve as a backup to the office manager to efficiently manage a variety of administrative and bookkeeping duties. They ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by answering telephones, assisting with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining office supplies, and greeting homeowners, guests, and vendors in a friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls
Interaction with customer/clients
Understand filing systems
Data Entry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks or ability and desire to learn
Knowledge of payroll procedures or strong math skills and a desire to learn
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in clerical, bookkeeping, or related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
