Survey Crew Chief (Easton)

RAUCH, inc. is seeking a Survey Crew Chief for our Easton, MD office. Crew Chief should have the skills to manage daily field surveying work such as ALTA, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, horizontal/vertical control, utility as-builts and GPS. The individual we are seeking is an energetic, adaptable and able to work independently. Candidate must be proficient with data collectors and data collection techniques, conventional field notes and sketches, total stations, GPS and robots. CAD experience is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of field survey experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Crew Chief

High school graduate or equivalent.

Valid Driver’s License

Have/Maintain a neat appearance

Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Topographic and construction stakeout

Possess good communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to follow directions

Ability to read and understand building or site plans

Proficient with computers and problem solving

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson Survey a plus
