Estimator & Project Manager (Ipswich, MA)

Commercial roofing company looking for an experienced construction project estimator/ project manager for full time position.

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

-Min 3-5 years experience as a construction estimator and/or project manager

-Understanding of commercial roofing systems and construction practices

-Experience in public and government construction projects and Massachusetts public bid/construction procedures

-Experience in large scale roofing projects

-Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

-Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Procore, and related construction management systems

-Understanding of material procurement and project scheduling

-Ability to work under pressure and with time restrictions

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong organizational skills

-Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
