Broadridge is growing! We're currently recruiting for a Forms Control Clerk to join our dynamic team in Edgewood, New York. In this role, you will process, proof and verifies all computer generated addressing products ensuring all information is correct. You will extract and group various categories of mail accurately and efficiently. You will examine printed forms for quality and account for all pieces received while prioritizing all jobs according to predetermined deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Find, classify, reconcile and verify all output received from internal and external print centers ensuring that all quality checks have been properly handled as well as making jobs machine-ready for Production. Additionally, ensure all tracking controls and reconciliation documents are in place prior releasing media to Scheduling/Production
  2. Organization and proper recording of large piece count jobs into skids of media following a sequential order
  3. Sorting, handling and accurate reconciliation of all Month-end work
  4. Prioritization of all Must Mail work- Constant print quality checks- Provide all jobs that require special handling to Forms Management clerks
  5. Communication with Production Operations and Production Planning leaders pertaining to the distribution of large piece count jobs
  6. Utilization of power floor jacks and heavy lifting
  7. Matching of all control/track documents, tray tags and media based upon piece count, job number and sublevel
  8. Obtain and categorize all month-end/statement work based on envelope counts and client requirements
  9. Managing 12 mainframe /network printers 24/7 with Network Support’s help
  10. Classify and distribute machine-able work from hand-insert work according to envelope counts.
  11. Acquire all verified/printed output from Print Centers
  12. Assist Forms Management clerks with the handling and moving of heavy-lifting media.
  13. Daily day shift/ night shift turnover enabling updated jobs updates between shifts.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Experience in related field preferred
  • Ability to stand and work throughout duration of assigned shift skills
  • Flexibility in work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidays
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge's policies
  • Requires standing for long periods of time; stooping and kneeling; lifting to waist up to 20 pounds

Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plus
  • Good listening skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong communication, analytical skills and organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask, and recognize the importance of deadlines.
