Help Desk Support

DescriptionRobert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Technician for one of our clients in San Clemente, California. This Help Desk Technician will be required to support 500 plus tickets per week. This position is looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience working in a call center type of environment. This Help Desk Technician will be required to maintain Help Desk support standards for all locations regarding remote troubleshooting and providing end user support.
