Digital’s goal is to use the power of data and AI to create predictive, proactive, and personalized health solutions. Innovation is focused on identifying, testing, and creating solutions that can scale into products and services, powering the growth of Digital and the company. Innovation is seeking highly motivated and professional candidates to grow and execute its portfolio. The Director would be assigned a category, and accountable to drive it to success, by defining strategy, selling that strategy internally, determining ROI, executing on projects, and breaking down internal barriers.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Define, create, and document a strategy, go-to-market plan, and pilot opportunities

Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring results, and mentoring team members

Determine the best way to measure ROI, collaborates cross functionally to obtain baseline data, and then measure future state improvements

Explore vendors and technologies in the market that could provide a solution or component of a solution, and make build, buy, partner recommendations

Build stakeholder buy-in and develop strong cross functional relationships

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS in a related field. MBA preferred.

10+ years experience in healthcare with project management, business development, marketing, or consulting background

Proven track record to influence cross functionally

Ability to juggle and complete multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, fluid working environment

Self-motivated with strong work ethic, committed to meeting the goals of the team

Ability to tell a compelling, strategic business story in both words and powerpoint visualization

Excellent team player, with proven track record, capable of working with both senior and junior colleague
