Desert Winds Wireless is a rapidly growing locally owned wireless internet service provider. We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to serve our community.

Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, invoicing customers, light technical support via remote trouble shooting of customers home network and schedule management, processing customer payments, filing and organization of documents. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role HIGHLY preferred
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs Suite. Basic technical understanding of home devices ie routers, computers, smart devices preferred.
Other Desired Skills:
Must be pleasant and welcoming to customers, in person & on the phone.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Excellent customer interaction skills
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Ability to follow written instructions
Role is largely remote, but candidate should ideally be based in Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, or surrounding areas.
