Full-Time Assistant Property Manager (8:30 am to 5 pm) Monday - Friday

If you don't like sitting behind a desk all day, this is the job for you! As an Assistant Property Manager you're always on the move, whether it's showing properties to potential tenants, or conducting property inspections, you'll always have something to do.

Moreover, some perks of the job include using the company vehicle and being a part of an essential company. Of course, you'll be provided with protective gear, and all our staff follows strict CDC guidelines. Experience is welcome for this position, but not required since we provide on the job training.Duties:Interview new prospective tenants, conduct private showings, process tenant applications (includes processing credit checks and calling employment references). Deliver leases to new tenants and ensure all the documents are signed by Tenants. Resolve problems, requests, and complaints from tenants. Attend to necessary repairs and maintenance. Submit work orders to authorized Vendors, follow up on work orders and billing. Manage records and files of current tenants. Respond to emergency maintenance calls. Job Requirements:Valid California Driver's License and clean DMV driving record.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Some computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Computer literate. Must be able to multi-task and be organized.Must be willing to travel locally, Salinas, Castroville, and South Counties to various properties.Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage your time. Exhibit solid communication skills, with an ability to calmly resolve disputes and complaints. Physical activity includes walking, climbing stairs, lifting signage, and placing signage.
