Hiring building manager with hands on experience (Fort Morgan)

Why are we looking for a building manager?

-We need someone to help us maintain a 3-story, multi-use building for a Christian institution.

-We want to prevent any kind of damages and problems.

-We want someone to help manage this building that will be used for a very long time.

-We want someone to make this building habitable and welcoming.

What are we looking for in a building manager?

-Building manager should be someone who is detail-oriented

-Needs to have good communication skills for reporting to management and for relaying needs to vendors

-Pays careful attention to detail and have a sense of priority;

-Has good time management and project management skills

What kind of skills and work would you be asked to do:

-Painting

-Put up dry walls, repairing dents and damages

-Replace ceiling tiles

-Repair roofing leaks

-Troubleshoot electrical issues

-Troubleshoot plumbing

-Install and remove furniture

-Knows carpentry

-Conduct maintenance of HVAC systems

-Remove snow during wintertime

-Does basic landscaping

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License:

Driver's license (Required)

What will you receive for this job?

-$25/hour @ 40 hours per week or $4,000/month.
