Customer Service position - Fun, family owned company (Westlake Village)

We are currently looking for a customer service representative with some level of experience in appointment scheduling online, computer skills are critical, along with general "office" experience. Our office is very up to date with technology usage with our internal systems, computer skills and multi-tasking are a must to be hired.

Our office receives a heavy amount of phone calls with multiple lines at each and every desk, a very high energy work environment. This position is a full time, and the hours the position will need are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch, then every other Saturday at 8am-2 pm.

Starting pay is between $16.00-$17.00 per hour based on experience, raises are available depending on how your first 90 days go at the company. This position needs someone who is very meticulous with data entry and you must have computer experience and be comfortable working on phone calls with customers, including the occasional upset customer that comes with a customer service position.
