Job Description

(By no means an exhaustive list)

  • Mainly – build strong long-term client relationships

  • Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service

  • Interact, correspond and consult with clients via various means of communication (e-mail, telephone etc.)

  • Manage

    +-200 emails daily

  • “Upsell” Company services

  • Client complaint management

Qualifications

What skills and experience are we looking for?

(By no means an exhaustive list)

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service and sales

  • Very strong admin skills

  • Understand MS Outlook

  • Can handle high call volumes and large number of emails

Additional Information

The deal:

This position’s gross remuneration package will be a total of R10000 – R15000 (

Basic salary + commission and incentives) per month depending on the experience and skills you bring to the table.
