General Help / Tile-Stone Work / Plumbing (Augusta / Martinez /Evans)

1. General help/assistance, mainly for yard and routine properties maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation. Ideally weekends and afternoons, about 10 hrs/week. Must be able to lift up to 50lb and familiar with axe and shovel usage. Starting with $12/hr and up, depending on experience and productivity.

2. Need an affordable tile-Stone work. The compensation can be hourly or by sq/ft.

3. Need a also a reliable and affordable plumber to be on the top of our list for maintenance and calls for plumbing work, in our rental properties.

4. Any work relating to housing can be taken into consideration
