What You Would Do

Work on a construction team of 1-3 installers

Install each job using company-approved methods

Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality

Effectively communicate with the customer throughout each job

Provide customers with a remarkable experience

What We Need For This Role

Prior construction experience is preferred

Unrestricted lifting ability

Ability to kneel, crawl and work in crawl spaces

A can-do, caring and positive attitude

Obtain, through on-the-job training, a knowledge of the assigned job function

Interact with customers and co-workers professionally and respectfully

Wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Regular and punctual attendance

Ability to travel overnight for out-of-town jobs

Ability to work overtime if needed

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
