Live-in Caregiver / DSP (House Supervisor) FT/PT (Chicago Heights)

I own and operate 2 CILA's (residential homes for adults with developmental disabilities) in the south suburbs of Chicago Heights. Each CILA has 4 clients and curently I am looking for live-in staff.

Live-In DSP/CNA-House Supervisor (FT and/or PT)

Training provided

4 female clients in a residential home and 4 male clients in one home with developmental disabilities who need assistance with daily living.

Computer literate. Daily documentation on clients

Must be able to pass background /finger print check

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to;

multitask, ability to get along with others in a team setting.

Ability to be independent to take initiative.

Ability to be firm with client redirections

Ability to cook and drive a plus.

Errands, activities and Doctor appointments

Confident to redirect clients and calm behaviors in accordance with clients behavior plan.

Looking for 2 positions:

First position

A live in-care giver with alternate wknds off. Apartment is provided for weekends off.

Monthly salary $3000

2nd position (2 people needed). Sleep shift during nights

Salaried position of $1200 for each live-in week work (2 weeks out of the month)

Alternate shift would be, staff to work 7 days on and 7 days off. Come in Monday 7a and work thru to the following Monday 7a

There is respite staff comes in during the week to provide assistance
