This role is responsible for data orchestration and activation within and between Salesforce and Pardot using first, second- and third-party data to support overall marketing strategy to drive acquisition, engagement and retention. This role requires a passion for marketing and a sound understanding of how data can drive marketing insights and actions leading to higher customer engagement. Leveraging assets and the power of marketing platforms, this role will create segmentations, automations and journeys to support marketing strategies and campaigns, measuring results and optimizing on an on-going basis. You will bethesubject matter expert that will own Lennox’ Pardot platform and drive Marketing Automation best practices and ensure platform health.You will develop and maintain state-of-the-art marketing automation capabilities that support the digital marketing strategy. This role will analyze engagement for trends and use patterns to identify and quantify audience habits and behavior. As a result, this role will recommend modifications to maximize engagement and customer satisfaction. On an annual basis a review of the competitive landscape will be required, collecting marketing intelligence regarding competitive position. This role oversees all platform communication efforts, including the overall look-and-feel, calendar, audience segmentation and monthly reporting.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Contribute to strategy meetings through a marketing automation lens.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross functional teams, executives and external partners.
Guide campaign owners through defined campaign frameworks by way of setting campaign goals, facilitating insightful tests, and designing cross-channel execution.
Update and maintain the email marketing playbook.
Manage the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to targeted customer groups.
Report on email marketing effectiveness to cross functional teams, executives and external partners while creating actionable recommendations to ensure learning and deliver continuous improvements across all campaigns.
Define, document, implement, and continuously manage marketing automation best practices, including cross functional training sessions.
Own and execute administrative tasks in Pardot, including the management of vendor partner.
Create and execute assets in Pardot including landing pages, forms, and custom fields.
Define and manage automation rules, actions, and triggers, based off customer data in CRM (Salesforce), to guide prospects and our audiences towards desired outcomes.
Maintain email marketing communications calendar and align with cross functional teams by contribution to the master content marketing calendar.
Leverage project management tools to streamline and collaborate with cross functional teams, executives and external partners.
Ensure processes are fully aligned, data protection policies are being followed, and that systems integrate and synchronize well with the current marketing technology stack

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years’ experience working across all parts of Pardot/Salesforce CRM
B2B marketing background.
Meets deadlines. Manage workload and resources effectively.
Work well with cross functional, internal and externa teams.
Strong project management skills. Effectively produce and manage project roadmaps.
Communication skills. Know how to communicate effectively to cross functional teams, executives and external partners.
Basic knowledge of SFDC campaign management.
Marketing automation savvy. Experience in creating scalable marketing automation processes.
Experience in making decisions based off data rather than opinion.
Has a true understanding of the buyer's lifecycle.
Thought leader. Be the go-to person at Lennox for marketing automation.
