Office Manager needed for fast growing Mechanical Contracting (HVAC) Company. Must be strong in QuickBooks, and Excel. Duties will include but not limited to, data entry of new customers, posting payments, calling customers, managing accounts, light collections, mailing invoices, invoicing, requesting project specific documents. Etc. If you like social media and want to make a social media presents for company a plus Office environment is relaxed dress, but professional behavior ;). Must have a strong work ethic, self motivated, and have a professional phone presents. Position will also be a Personal Assistant position. Work days will not be limited to just an office schedule.
