Fast Home Trade is a locally owned direct home buyer. We are looking to add to our talented team of home renovators. Our company purchases homes and spruces them up for long term investments or for immediate sale. Every job is different. Some homes just need to be freshened up and some require full remodels. Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
Must be honest
A good attitude
Willing to work a 40-hour work week every week (Dependable)
Clean criminal history
Legal U.S. working status
Valid Driver's License
Must be fully tooled with a dependable vehicle
Must be an experienced carpenter. The job will require the ability to do trim carpentry, build and repair decks, repair siding, Sheetrock repair, Laminate flooring install, painting etc.
High quality work is required
Must be able to work alone and stay on task or as part of a team.
