Principal duties / Roles and responsibilities :

Looking for an individual who is detailed oriented, good communication skills, and has a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and self-motivation.

The ability to use critical thinking and good judgement in decision making and provide feedback on solutions to problems and issues.

Must be flexible in quickly shifting priorities and keeping up with changes across multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and cooperative demeanor.

Has experience in analyzing large sets of data, in-depth research, and organization skills. Must have an ample knowledge in excel 80% of time will be working with large sets of data in with a good understanding of pivot tables, concatenate, formulas, and VLookups.

Ability to operate the following : Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams. Individual will be responsible reviewing and analyzing partial matched transactions.

Thorough research of large set of data to identify missing transactions. Responsible to notify all involved parties of discovery of missing transactions, preparing template to upload missing data, and assuring the data has been successfully loaded.

Verify and reconcile the uploaded transactions against the designated account. Additional duties may include various data analysis of accounts, transactions, and reporting.

Education : Bachelors Degree
