Job Description

Your Career

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the inflow of new customers ensuring relevant presales information has been gathered, sending team assignments to leaders, and setting up internal meetings as needed. You will be sending the welcome emails to customers to ensure a smooth start to their implementation. You will assist with the overall tracking of all customers including the tracking of their renewals and potential risks.

Qualifications

Your Impact

  • Ensure new customers records are updated for Customer Success Managers, Architects, and Engineers

  • Send handover surveys to sales for presales information

  • Proactively track customer renewals across the three Cortex products

  • Send welcome emails to new customers in a timely manner

  • Assist with collecting, validating, reporting, and streamlining metrics from multiple platforms and teams on a weekly to monthly basis

  • Ability to identify process improvements and recommendations for scalability

  • Assisting the Sr Manager, Services Operations with strategic business projects

Your Experience

  • Ability to work quickly and patiently as part of a highly diverse team and global user base

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented and takes initiative to tackle challenges

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and demonstrate good judgment in time sensitive projects while not losing momentum on ongoing long-term projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
