Visitfor more information.#RN-DHResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Nurse I is the professional person responsible for the provision of total patient care to aspecific group of patients, utilizing the nursing process. The Clinical Nurse I is responsible for thecoordination of services provided by other members of the health care team within the guidelines ofhospital policy and procedures. The Clinical Nurse I may act in a charge nurse capacity and, as such,directs and supervises nursing care within a specific assigned unit in the absence of and in conjunctionwith the Nurse Manager. The Clinical Nurse I identify and correct nursing service problems and maintainpatient care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory agencies while effectively utilizing thechain of command. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling theMission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstratebehavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of SanBernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

California Registered Nurse (RN) License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Supprt (ACLS) Certification

Graduate of accredited REgistered Burse (RN) program required (Interim Permit as a new graduate will be considered)

Preferred:

One year and six months experience in acute care nursing preferred.
