Join us at Guidehouse.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Health segment Marketing Director, this Marketing Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for managing and executing marketing campaigns for the segment’s Payer/Provider practice areas. This professional will develop and execute integrated marketing programs and sales support initiatives supporting key segment priorities. The designated professional must have experience with message development, as well as functional expertise in content marketing/thought leadership, lead generation, digital advertising, digital and social media marketing, and direct sales programs. This professional will develop direct-to-client marketing campaigns and programs.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing integrated marketing campaigns for existing solutions. Balance brand-building and lead generation objectives, while ensuring that programs drive lead generation that ultimately results in measurable revenue and positive ROI for the business. Working collaboratively with segment and corporate marketing teams. Managing internal and external resources in the execution of marketing activities that achieve strategic and marketing goals, to include:o Plan and execute relationship development and lead generation programs as necessary. This could include digital advertising, webinars, live or virtual events, or other programs as deemed necessary.o Development of presentations, marketing collateral, sales materials, and other sales support content.o Effectively placing print, digital, and social advertisements, as needed. Support a thought leadership strategy which positions Guidehouse expert professionals as thought leaders.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Eight-to-ten years of healthcare marketing and communications experience.o A passion for or experience in the innovative, complex, and ever-evolving healthcare industry.o Previous experience in consulting firms a plus. Previous lead generation experience and demonstrated success with lead gen programs. Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and collaboration are necessary, and accountability is expected. The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently. Demonstrated project management skills. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
