Contracts Negotiator Sr Stf

Description: Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates standard and nonstandard contracts. Evaluates contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Maintains communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties. Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations to company personnel.Basic Qualifications:- Experience proposing and administering contracts- Experience with all phases of contracts management, including proposals, negotiation, execution and closeout- Experience working with multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc)- Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and performing contract risk analysis- Demonstrated experience with briefing Leadership on program status and contractual issues- Experience with FAR and DFARSDesired Skills:- Ability to obtain a clearance- Experience with MS Office- Strategic thinker that can direct the operational support of an organization- Ability to guide strategic activities and experience in multiple fee arrangements.- Experience coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.- Strong positive customer relations track record- Strong presentation and written communication skillsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
