We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an Advisor- Project/Program Manangement on our Curriculum Program Support team in Round Rock (Remote)Key activities:Support the design, implementation and management of a strategic program designed to bring Dell Technologies training and certification to students in higher education. In collaboration with Dell Education Services, Diversity & Inclusion and many other business partners, work with 2- and 4-year colleges serving minority communities, enabling increased access to STEM content, enhanced workforce readiness and engagement with professional opportunities.Principal tasks and responsibilities:

Own building and tracking of project plan

Build comprehensive project plan covering all aspects of program design and launch including technology, legal, content, communications etc.

Track progress towards milestones

Drive accountability for execution

Support ongoing program management and governance structure

Track success measures and milestones

Plan and manage program review and other interlock meetings including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and defining and tracking actions

Prepare dashboards

Support preparation of and executive readouts

Manage program budgets

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Program communications

Represent the program internally and externally as needed

Prepare and present communications

Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for increased success

Required knowledge and qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated passion and experience in fostering an inclusive and diverse environment

Commitment to improving the experience of historically underserved communities

Proficiency in working in a multi-cultural environment

Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs

Detail-oriented

Strong Project Management skills – CAPM or PMP certification preferred

Experiences and Education:

Experience working with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams including external groups (customers, partners, community groups, etc.)

Experience working with corporate engagement programs with colleges/universities, and/or training programs with external customer groups preferred

3+ years of cross-functional project management experience in IT / high tech and/or education industry

Bachelor’s degree required
