Sr. Director of Clinical Services - Home Health - Full Time - San Diego

Job Description

The Sr. Director of Clinical Services is a licensed RN responsible for all the quality activities of the organization. The Sr. Director has accountabilities for the monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of process and programs to meet regulatory, accreditation and standards of practice for both home health and hospice. Is responsible for supervising the Clinical Services Department.

Qualifications

Must have a valid RN license with experience in preferably both home health AND hospice. Must be will willing to travel to site locations up to 85% of time.
