Apartment Cleaning/Janitorial (Fresno)

We are looking for cleaning person to work for our apartment building, full time position, Monday thru Friday from 8- 5 pm.

All candidates must have:

-Legal status for work

-Own reliable transportation

-Be Honest and punctual

-Must have Experience cleaning buildings and apartments

-Verifiable references

Job requires to be active going around the apartment complexes, bending down to clean in hard to reach areas, lift up to 30lbs, sweep large common areas, clean the rental office, clean trash chutes. Making sure that the vacant apartments are clean and ready to move in.

Normal and Deep cleaning of units such as: degrease stoves and ovens , toilets and tubs, clean floor tiles and grout. Must be detailed oriented and not need constant supervision.
